Who can subscribe?

As NNECT is a startup based out of UBC, the subscription-based social delivery is currently only open to those living at or near the UBC Vancouver Campus. To confirm if we deliver at your address, DM us at @nnect.social on Instagram or email us at support@nnect.ca before subscribing.

 

Are there additional delivery/service fees?

There are no additional or hidden fees associated with the meals!

 

What if I want to cancel/modify my order?

You must give us at least 48 hours of advance notice (ex. inform us by Tue afternoon 12pm for Thu's meal) by support@nnect.ca if you need to cancel or modify your selections for the week.
